How does consignment pricing work?
Pricing depends on the machine — its make, model, hours, age, and condition — and on what comparable equipment is bringing in the current market. We'll talk through a realistic asking price and the consignment terms before anything gets listed, so there are no surprises. How long does it take to sell a consigned machine?
It depends on the machine, the price, and the season — clean, in-demand equipment priced right moves faster. We can't promise a date, but we'll keep you posted and won't sit on it.
Will Coker buy my equipment outright instead of consigning it?
Sometimes, yes — depending on the machine and what we have room for. If you'd rather sell outright than consign, tell us what you have and we'll let you know if it's something we want to buy.
