Equipment Sales

Air compressors for sale.

New and used air compressors, ready to run your tools — sold straight from one yard on Industrial Blvd in Gainesville, and trusted across Northeast Georgia since 1973.

Air compressor

The air that runs the whole jobsite.

From a towable diesel unit breaking concrete on the road crew to a shop compressor feeding the impact wrenches in the bay, air is the thing half your tools won't run without. When you're ready to own one instead of renting, Coker sells new and used air compressors and helps you match the unit to the tools — from a single-man shop to one of the billion-dollar factories we've outfitted for decades.

Our stock turns over, so an air compressor for sale today may not be the one on the ground next week — live inventory lives on Machinery Trader, where you can browse current inventory and see exactly what's available. Don't see the CFM rating or style you want? Tell us the tools and we'll track it down. And if you only need air for one job, you can always rent one instead.

03Questions

Air compressor sales questions

Do you sell new and used air compressors?

Both. Coker handles new and used air compressors, and our current stock is listed through Machinery Trader so you can see exactly what's on the ground today. Inventory turns over, so if you don't see the size or style you want, call the yard at 770-532-7066 — we'll tell you what's coming in and help you find the right unit for your tools.

What size air compressor do I need to buy?

It comes down to your tools and how many run at once. Air compressors are rated in CFM at a given PSI, so add up the air demand of every tool you'll run together and buy a unit that clears that number with room to spare. A few impact tools is one thing; running multiple jackhammers or a sandblaster is another. Tell us the tools and the jobsite and we'll size it right instead of selling you more than you need.

Towable diesel or portable electric — which one should I buy?

It depends on where it works. A towable diesel air compressor runs all day off-grid for high-CFM jobs like breaking concrete or sandblasting out on the site. A portable electric or gas unit is the call for the shop, the garage, or lighter jobsite air where power is handy. Tell us the work and the power you've got, and we'll point you to the right compressor.

Should I buy an air compressor or rent one?

Buy when you'll run air regularly and want a unit parked in your own shop or yard. Rent when you only need it for one job or a busy stretch and would rather not own, store, and maintain it. Coker does both, so we'll give you a straight answer either way — if renting is the smarter call, we'll say so. You can rent an air compressor from us at /rentals/.

Can I trade in or consign my current air compressor?

Yes. Coker buys, takes trades, and lists machines on consignment through Machinery Trader, so your old unit can help cover the next one. Bring the details — make, model, hours, CFM rating, and condition — and we'll walk through your options. Start at /sales/sell-or-consign/ or call 770-532-7066.

Great people they have many hard to find items and good pricing

Great prices, even greater people to work with. Garrett is always quick to help with our needs and give the attention that the bigger companies don’t have the ability to give. I’d highly recommend Coker to any of my family or friends whether they need to rent equipment for a week or buy a machine to help grow their business.
